Terms of Use

Last updated October 13, 2026

These terms apply when you use Surge Signals (the "service"), which Surge Tech, Inc. ("Surge", "we", "us") operates. When you use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The terms for our main website are at usesurge.ai/terms. If your company has a separate agreement with Surge, that agreement applies where it differs from these terms.

Your account

You sign up with your work email. You sign in with a link we send to that email, so keep your email account secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Each account is for one person. Do not forward sign-in links to anyone.

Using the service

You may use the service to follow public signals about the accounts you manage. You agree not to:

  • Use the service in a way that breaks any law
  • Use the service to track or profile private individuals
  • Try to get access to any part of the service or our systems that is not yours
  • Interfere with the service or put an unreasonable load on it
  • Copy or collect content from the service with automated tools
  • Submit information that is false or that belongs to someone else

Signals and AI summaries

Signals come from public sources, such as company websites, news services and web search. AI models write the summaries and the answers in account chat. They can be wrong or out of date. Check the original source before you act on a signal. The service gives general information, not legal, financial or professional advice.

Your information

You own the information you add to the service, such as your accounts, contacts, ratings and messages. You give us permission to use it to run and improve the service, as our Privacy Policy describes. You confirm that you have the right to add it.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we can use them without any duty to you.

Our content

Surge owns the service and its content, including text, graphics, logos and software, or has permission to use them. You may share signals and briefs with your colleagues for your own business purposes. Articles and pages that signals link to belong to their publishers. The names and logos of other companies belong to those companies.

Changes to the service

The service is free at this time. We can change, pause or stop the service, or any part of it, at any time. If we start to charge for it, we will tell you before you have to pay anything.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your data in Settings. We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms or misuse the service.

Links to other sites

The service links to sites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

No warranty

We provide the service "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the service, including that it is accurate, complete or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Surge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or business, that come from your use of the service.

Governing law

The laws of the State of Delaware govern these terms, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about these terms or the service must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and Surge agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We can change these terms at any time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If you continue to use the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
